Our remote consultation service is perfect for everyone from the experienced to inexperienced, qualified and unqualified, what does a consultation typically cover :

Consultations are typically provided via discord or MSTeams during a live video call with screen sharing capabilities.

Full System Servicing (MOT+)
Perfect for both old and new computer systems. Sometimes all that's needed is a spring clean, however if there's something else slowing your computer system down, we'll find the cause and improve the overall system performance

- Operating System installation and basic setup is included.
(Custom builds are generally systems that include any custom liquid cooling configuration or addition case modification or customisation.)

Repair & Recovery
We can recover most failed computer systems, everything from faulty power supplies to overheating systems, we also provide data recovery when repair isn't an option, but we do endeavour to have you back up and running as fast as possible, usually with 48 hours, there's also a new fee policy if we cant repair or recover.

All remote work is done via MS Teams or by talking customers through the steps over the phone.
Failing remote diagnosis & recovery, the system can either be dropped off with one of our engineers, or can collect where possible, we'll then attempt to recover the system with a more hands-on approach.
Security
Security can be overwhelming at times, especially with all the options out there, picking the wrong package may not only be a waste of money, but it may also put your sensitive information at risk.
We can advise you on the best security package for your needs, and provide installation and configuration services, usually remotely.
System Monitoring
We'll help keep your computer systems running at peak performance and monitor for issues before they become an issue, we can do all this remotely with the help of a lightweight service installed locally on your systems, request a quote to find out more.
